Ramble Creek Cakes

What you might not know about us is that we have our own full-time bakery onsite, Ramble Creek Cakes. Aside from creating spectacular wedding cakes for our couples, Ramble Creek Cakes also services our local region. We offer wedding cakes for other venues, build custom cakes for birthdays, and bake pies and other desert options for everyone from corporations and schools to individuals.

Our Executive Pastry Chef, Eva Gay, has long been regarded as one of the most talented cake designers throughout East TN. Her artistry and experience has elevated her to the top of her craft. Before coming to join the Ramble Creek family, she operated her own bakery and has maintained a loyal following of satisfied clients from her years of delivering exceptional cakes throughout our area. Now, she heads up our bakery team and continues to knock it out of the park with her tasty and beautiful creations!
