Our revolving shuttle van runs continuous loops between Ramble Creek and nearby hotels before the ceremony and after the reception. With several hotels just 15 to 20 minutes from the property, this is the most popular option for couples whose guests are spread across a few local properties. Guests celebrate freely all night knowing a safe ride home is already handled.

For larger guest counts or couples who want to bring everyone in from a single pickup point, our 55-passenger charter bus meets guests at a central location — as far as Knoxville or Chattanooga — and delivers them directly to Ramble Creek before the ceremony. After the reception, the bus returns guests to their starting point. No one drives, no one worries.

Our 15-passenger van covers nearby hotels in the Athens area, typically within 15 to 30 minutes of the property. Our 55-passenger charter bus can travel as far as Knoxville or Chattanooga for large group pickups. Custom routes and distances are available through our charter network.
