Sleeping up to 12 guests, with a private rear yard, a large hot tub, covered porches front and back, and vaulted ceilings throughout, it is the kind of place that turns a wedding into a full weekend worth savoring.

The Villa

The Villa was designed for the guests who want to be close to the celebration without being in the middle of it. A private, single-level home with a rear yard enclosed enough to feel like your own, The Villa has the character of a beautifully appointed country retreat with vaulted ceilings, an open living and dining layout, a fully equipped kitchen, and covered porches that invite the kind of long, unhurried mornings that wedding weekends are made for.

  • Where The Manor is grand and expansive, The Villa is warm and intimate. Vaulted ceilings give the main living space an airy, open quality while the private rear yard and covered porches keep the experience feeling personal and contained. It is the right size for the couple's immediate family, a small bridal party, or any group that wants their own space without the scale of The Manor. It’s a favorite for parents and grandparents!

  • The Villa is right just around the corner from The Grand Hall. It’s a very walkable distance, but most guests prefer to drive from the venue to The Villa, especially if they are wearing heels!

INSIDE THE Villa

The Villa's open floor plan flows from the kitchen through the dining area and into the living room. Vaulted ceilings make the space feel larger than its footprint, and the bistro seating in the kitchen gives guests a casual spot to gather over coffee before the rest of the group wakes up.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for a full meal — all cookware, serving pieces, and appliances — and the washer and dryer mean guests staying multiple nights never have to pack as carefully as they thought.

The living room pull-out queen sleeper gives the space flexibility for larger groups without feeling overcrowded, and the overall layout is relaxed enough that everyone settles in quickly.

There are multiple plush seating areas for conversation and celebration, and the dining table comfortably seats six.

Staying at The Villa does not mean cooking for yourself or ordering delivery on your wedding weekend. The Ramble Creek culinary team is available to provide full food and beverage service at The Villa for any meal during your stay. Let us serve your rehearsal dinner, a wedding morning breakfast for the bridal party, or a relaxed post-wedding brunch the day after.

The Villa's dining room, kitchen, and outdoor patio give us the space to do it properly. Just let your Ramble Creek Coordinator know what you have in mind and we will build it into your proposal.

Book The Villa

  • STEP 1 - Book Your Wedding

    The Villa is available to couples hosting their wedding at Ramble Creek. Your first step is scheduling a private tour, receiving your personalized estimate, and reserving your wedding date.

  • Step 2 - Reserve the Villa

    Villa reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Multiple weddings occasionally take place on the same weekend, so we recommend reserving The Villa as early as possible once your wedding date is confirmed.

  • Step 2 - Plan Your Stay

    Once The Villa is reserved, your Bridal Concierge will work with you on anything you want to make the most of your weekend, including arranging rehearsal dinner catering, morning breakfast service, outdoor setup (want a s’mores bar?!), and any other details that make the stay feel as intentional as the wedding itself.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The Villa is available to couples hosting their wedding or event at Ramble Creek, as well as their guests, wedding party, and families.

  • Check-in is at 3:00PM on your arrival day. Check-out is at 11:00AM on your departure day. If you need flexibility on either end, speak with your Bridal Concierge and we will do our best to accommodate.

  • The Villa and The Manor are two distinct experiences. The Manor is Ramble Creek's largest accommodation, sleeping up to 22 guests with a resort-style pool, grotto, and mountain views. The Villa is a more intimate single-level home sleeping up to 12, with a private rear yard, large hot tub, and a warm, relaxed feel that suits smaller groups beautifully. Many couples book both — The Manor for the larger family group and The Villa for the bridal party, immediate family, or grandparents.

  • Yes. The Villa is a single-level home, making it one of the most accessible accommodation options on the Ramble Creek property. Please note, there are a couple of stair steps to enter the home, and to exit into the rear yard.

  • Pets are not officially permitted. If you have a special pet you would like to bring, a Pet Approval Application is available. Additional fees apply if approved.

  • The Villa is a wonderful space for small gatherings — a rehearsal dinner for an intimate group, a morning-after brunch, or a low-key evening around the fire pit. For larger events or catering during your stay, speak with your Bridal Concierge and we will build it into your proposal.

  • The Villa sleeps up to 12 guests across three bedrooms and a living room pull-out sleeper. The master suite has a king bed and private bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms have queen beds in various configurations. The home also comes with a pack-and-play for small children.

  • Yes. Many couples book The Villa for the full wedding weekend. Speak with your Bridal Concierge about availability for your specific dates.
