THE DJ SETUP

Most wedding venues require couples to hire an outside AV company, negotiate a separate contract, and hope their equipment integrates with the space on the day of the wedding. At Ramble Creek, the professional audio and lighting infrastructure is already here. Our system was designed specifically for this property’s soaring ceilings and expansive outdoor ceremony sites. It was also designed to stay out of your wedding pictures, so you won’t be seeing any speakers or turntables in those reception photos!

  • Our indoor audio system features professional-grade speakers integrated throughout the Grand Hall, delivering clear, balanced sound to every seat in the room, whether that room is set for a 50-person ceremony or a 300-person reception. No unsightly speaker towers. No cables running across your dance floor.

  • Our DJ and audio team manages sound across the entire wedding day. Ceremony music, cocktail hour background audio, reception entrances, toasts, first dance, parent dances, and the full reception set—it’s all handled! Every transition is cued and managed by our team so you never have to think about it.

    For indoor ceremonies in the Grand Hall, our integrated speaker system delivers the same crystal clear coverage. Whether your ceremony is an intimate gathering or a full 300-guest celebration, every word carries beautifully. And if weather moves your outdoor ceremony inside, our team transitions the audio setup as part of the rain plan with no disruption.

    For live musicians, our team provides dedicated stage monitoring so performers can hear themselves clearly without relying on the house system for feedback. We handle DI boxes and line inputs for acoustic instruments, microphone placement for vocalists, and seamless integration between live performance segments and DJ playback so transitions never feel awkward or abrupt.

    RECEPTION AUDIO & LIGHTS
