Getting ReadyGroom’s Quarters
Tucked beneath the Grand Hall and accessible through double doors that open directly onto a sweeping lawn leading down to the Lower Lawn, the Groom's Quarters at Ramble Creek is unlike any getting ready space you have seen at a wedding venue. Rich leather furniture, exposed wooden beams, velvet gold curtains, and a gold ornamental deer head on the wall set the tone the moment you walk in. This is a room with personality, and it was built specifically for the groom and his people.
The Lounge
SEATING
A full size leather couch, leather loveseat, and two leather single chairs give the entire groomsmen party room to spread out, settle in, and enjoy the morning without anyone sitting on a folding chair in a hallway.
Entertainment
A large screen smart TV. A professional poker table with authentic clay poker chips. A foosball table. Multiple dartboards. Corn hole sets on the lawn just outside the double doors. The morning before your wedding should feel like the best pregame of your life — and at Ramble Creek, it does.
Outdoor ACcess
Step through the double doors and the entire Ramble Creek grounds open up in front of you. A sweeping lawn leads down toward the Lower Lawn and Vine Arbor. Groomsmen room to move, breathe, and enjoy the East Tennessee countryside before the ceremony begins. There is nothing quite like starting your wedding morning with fresh air and open space.

The Groom's Quarters at Ramble Creek is one of the most generously sized groomsmen getting ready spaces in East Tennessee. We often hear that other wedding venues “offer the guys nothing more than a broom closet.” With a full leather lounge, two large restrooms, individual lockers, and direct access to an expansive outdoor lawn, the space comfortably accommodates large wedding parties. Whether you have four groomsmen or 30, there is room for everyone to relax, get ready, and enjoy the morning without feeling crowded.
-
Absolutely, we encourage it! This is one of our favorite details. The same Executive Chef and culinary team preparing your wedding reception dinner is available to make whatever the groom and his party want to eat on the morning of the wedding. A full breakfast spread, a hearty BBq lunch, game day style food — you name it and we make it, prepared fresh in our on-site commercial kitchen. A coffee and tea bar is available from 9:00AM, and beyond that the menu is entirely up to you. There is also a beverage fridge to keep alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages chilled.
-
The cigar bar is an optional add-on. It can be set up in or adjacent to the Groom's Quarters for the morning getting ready experience, during cocktail hour, or both. Our team handles all setup and breakdown. Just let your Ramble Creek Coordinator know during the planning process and we will take care of the rest.

The Groom's Quarters sits beneath the Grand Hall. Think of it as a walk-out lower level with its own private entrance and personality. Double doors open directly onto a sweeping lawn that leads down toward the Lower Lawn and Vine Arbor ceremony sites, putting the groomsmen party steps from fresh air, open space, and the full Ramble Creek grounds throughout the day. It is a completely separate and private space from the Bridal Suite, meaning the bride and groom never cross paths before the ceremony unless that is your intention.
-
That is entirely up to you. The Groom's Quarters and Bridal Suite are located in completely separate areas of the Ramble Creek property, making it easy to maintain the tradition of not seeing each other before the ceremony if that is meaningful to you. If you are planning a first look — which we absolutely love and highly recommend for timeline purposes — your Ramble Creek Coordinator will help you select a specific location and time on the property so the moment is private, intentional, and perfectly captured by your photographer.
-
Yes, and it is one of the features that sets this space apart from any other groomsmen suite in East Tennessee. The double doors open directly onto a sprawling lawn that connects to the Lower Lawn and Vine Arbor ceremony sites. Corn hole sets are available on the lawn, and the open East Tennessee countryside stretching out in every direction makes for an incredible getting ready morning environment. There is nothing quite like stepping outside on your wedding morning into a view like this one.
-
The Groom's Quarters is exclusively available to the groom and his wedding party from 9:00AM on the wedding day — the same time the Bridal Suite opens for the bride and her party. The space is yours for the entire day, giving the groomsmen a private retreat to return to between the ceremony and reception, if needed.
