No. That is the entire point of Ramble Creek. Every service your wedding requires (catering, floral design, hair and makeup, DJ and full AV, coordination, officiant, transportation, décor and draping, and your wedding cake/desserts) is handled by our own in-house team. You will never receive a list of approved vendors to interview, compare, and manage on your own. You book Ramble Creek, and our team takes it from there.

Photography and videography. Choosing the person who captures your wedding day is one of the most personal decisions you will make, and we believe that choice should be entirely yours. What we do provide is a carefully curated list of preferred photographers and videographers who know the Ramble Creek property, understand the light across every ceremony site, and have a proven track record of delivering beautiful work for our couples. We are happy to make introductions.

Our services are designed to work as a complete, integrated package managed by one team on one property. Outside vendors for services we provide in-house are generally not permitted, and honestly, they are not needed. Our team has spent years more than a decade perfecting every element of the Ramble Creek wedding experience together. The result is a level of coordination and quality that outside vendors simply cannot replicate on a property they do not know.

One. Us. But that’s a trick question! Because you won’t have to manage us. ;) Every person working at your wedding is a Ramble Creek team member. Your Coordinator, your Director, your Chef, your florist, your stylist, your DJ… they all work together regularly. They know each other, they know the property, and they know exactly how to make your day run without a single hiccup. You will not be fielding calls from twelve different vendors on your wedding morning.

You will not be coordinating arrivals, managing timelines, or troubleshooting conflicts between companies who have never worked together. You simply show up.

Ask us. Our team is experienced at finding creative solutions for requests that fall outside the standard package. Custom menu items, specialty dietary accommodations, unique décor concepts, add-on experiences, custom ceremony arbors, you name it! The answer is almost always yes. We have even had mini donkeys deliver party favors on the Ramble Creek grounds. At this point, very little surprises us. We started in 2016! Bring your ideas to your tour and we will tell you what is possible.

Absolutely, and we do it all the time. Ramble Creek is a destination wedding venue and many of our couples plan their entire wedding from hundreds of miles away. Your tour can be completed virtually with one of our team members, your Signature Preview Day can be experienced digitally, and your Coordinator is available throughout the entire planning process to answer questions, walk you through decisions, and keep everything on track. Distance is never a barrier to planning a Ramble Creek wedding.
